Not the prettiest of cuts the Sirloin nonetheless typically has a more robust flavor than other premium steaks. Unlike grocers, we’ve also carefully aged these steaks a minimum of 14 days to ensure tenderness. Great on their own, Sirloins also work extremely well with marinades and rubs. Cut 1" thick.
